1+1/2 pounds yellow squash, sliced
1 cup grated cheese
1/2 cup milk or cream
1 Tb sugar
1 medium onion, chopped
salt & pepper to taste
2 TB butter
1/2 cup crushed crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Grease a 1 qt casserole dish.

Cook squash & onion in small amount of boiling salted water until tender.

Drain well & combinewith remaining ingredients except 1/4 cup cheese & crackers.

Placein dish & sprinkle remaining cheese & crackers on top.

Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly
