1 lb scallops
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
1 stick of butter
Splash of white wine
2 c cooked corn
1/2 c heirloom cherry tomatoes
1/3 torn herbs (such as basil, parsley, dill, tarragon)
Lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté scallops
Brown the butter, add wine, then vegetables and herbs.
Serve over scallops
