3 slabs of baby back ribs
½ bottle of liquid smoke (found in grocery store usually by barbecue sauces)
yellow mustard
salt and pepper to taste
favorite barbecue sauce

Have butcher remove film on back of slab, or could do it yourself.

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and pepper to taste both sides.
Brush both sides with mustard.
Put ribs in pan (will need pan deep enough).
Sprinkle with liquid smoke both sides.
Cover with tin foil and refrigerate, preferably overnight, or at least couple of hours to marinate.
Remove from fridge still covered bake at 350 º for 2 hours or fork tender.
Still warm, but comfortable to touch, put ribs on a cookie sheet, both sides baste generously with your favorite barbecue sauce,

Return to a 400 º oven and bake just until barbecue sauce caramelizes, maybe 10 minutes.
