3 or 4 eggs
1 c sugar
2 Tbls flour
1qt milk
½ quart of cream or more
1 Tbls vanilla

Directions:
Beat eggs sugar and flour together
Scald milk
Pour half of the scalded milk into the egg mixture and cook until thick
Let cool

Add 1/2 quart of cream or more and vanilla
