1 cuo crushed pineapple
1 cup pecans
1 stick butter
2 cups sugar
5 eggs
1 cup coconut
1 pound box of graham crackers (crushed)
1 tsp baking powder
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º

Mix sugar & butter well.

Add pineapple, coconut, baking powder, nuts & graham cracker crumbs;

Mix well, then add eggs, mixing one at a time & mixing well for a minute in between

Pour into a greased Angel Food Cake pan & bake for 1 hour
