9x13 baking dish

Large saucepan

1 box (15.3 ounces, or 4 cups) Hungry Jack Potatoes

6 cups water

1½ sticks of butter

2 teaspoons garlic salt

2 teaspoons onion salt

2 cups of milk

2 8 ounce packages of cream cheese, softened

1 16 ounces sour cream

Paprika

Crisco non-stick spray

Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 350º

Prepare 9x13 dish with cooking spray

Heat water, butter, garlic and onion salts into large saucepan over medium heat. Stir to mix and bring to a boil.

Remove from heat. Add cream cheese, milk, and sour cream, stirring until smooth.

Stir in potatoes and mixing until all ingredients are combined

Spread into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika and bake for one hour until golden brown.

* You can make this 2 days prior to baking, but do not add paprika until right before baking.
