Meatloaves:
1 lb ground beef
3/4 c oatmeal
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c.chopped onion
1 egg
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Topping:
1/3 c. ketchup
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. mustard
You can add a little more of each ingredient if you prefer more topping on each loaf.

Mix together meatloaf ingredients.. Line a jellyroll pan with non-stick foil. Shape mixture into individual round meatloaves and fill pan with individual loaves. In separate bowl mix together topping ingredients. Press indentation into top of each mini loaf and fill with topping. Bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees

I use a #30 kitchen scoop to form the meatballs which equals a little over 2 tablespoons.
