½ lb sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1¼ c flour
½ c melted butter
stuffed green olives

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour over grated cheese. Blend in the melted butter. Shape into balls around stuffed olives. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Bake at 400º for 15 minutes. You may also freeze the balls and bake for about 30 minutes. Makes about 49 stuffed olive puffs.

I first had these at a cocktail party in Ft. Huachuca. Make them ahead and freeze. Bake whatever you need as an appetizer for company. Serve warm, but it's also good at room temperature.
