1 C Butter
1 C Peanut Buter
12 Oz Chocolate chips

Mix:
12 Oz box chex cereal
1 Jar unsalted peanuts

Drizzle melted mix over chex mix.
Stir to coat.
Pour into clean paper bag
Add 2 C powdered sugar

Toss to Coat
