15 oz black beans, drained and rinsed
15 oz corn, undrained
10 oz Rotel tomatoes, undrained
1 package ranch dressing mix
1 teaspoon cumin
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
8 oz cream cheese
2-4 chicken breast

Directions:
Directions:
Place at bottom of crockpot. Pour beans, corn and tomatoes on top of chicken.

Top with seasonings and ranch dressing mix. Stir together.

Place cream cheese on top. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Remove chicken and shred and add back to the chili. Stir together and enjoy!

Personal Notes:
I usually double (adding only 8 oz cream cheese) and use a rotisserie chicken. Easy and so good. A family favorite.
