18 Oreo cookies or reg graham cracker crumbs, crushed (1 ½ cups crumbs)
2 Tbs Butter or margarine, melted
3 pkg (8 oz each) Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup Sugar
3 Tbs Flour
1 tsp Vanilla
3 Eggs
1 (1 oz) Baker's Semi Sweet Chocolate, melted and cooled slightly

Combine cream cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend chocolate into 1 cup batter. Spoon plain and chocolate batters alternately over crust; cut through batters with knife several times for marble effect. Bake at 450º for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 250º continue baking 30 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim on pan. Chill

I always put the cheesecake in the freezer for about 1 hour to cool it down quickly so it doesn't crack. Place a 9 x 13 pan with about 1-2 inches of hot water in the pan on the rack below the cheesecake. This will also help prevent cracking by keeping the oven moist.
