Ingredients:  
Cooked ( just until soft, not mushy) & peeled potatoes
6 slices of bacon, cut up
1 large onion, chopped
1 tsp salt
1 TB mustard
1/3 cup vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
celery seed
little pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º

Boil salt, mustard, vinegar, sugar, celery seed & pepper

Brown bacon until crispy. Take bacon out of fat & add onion. Cook until tender.

Place sliced potatoes into a baking dish. Add bacon & onions.

Pour boiled mixture on top & stir to mix everything up.

Bake for one hour, serve warm
