Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Recipe copied from George Lum-Kam's notes. We travelled to Mexico on a family trip and first tried this dish. We liked it so much that Dad recreated it at home for us thereafter. This was before internet or any available resources! Dad was very good at being able to replicate recipes.
