Boned, rolled breast of chicken
1 large can pineapple chunks
½ cup butter
1 pkg onion soup mix
Cornstarch to thicken
1/3 can pineapple juice

Directions:
Directions:
Bake at 350º
Place chicken and pineapple chunks in a baking dish – set aside – melt butter in skillet – add sup mix, pineapple juice, and cornstarch – heat until thickened (I usually double or triple the sauce recipe and reserve some to use as a gravy) – pour sauce over chicken and pineapple – bake for 1 to 1½ hours – serve over rice
