2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 cup oatmeal
3/4 cup shortening or margarine
1/2 cup or so of water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients. Add other ingredients. Dough should just cling together. Divide dough into 4 balls. roll thin and cut into triangles. (Roll into circle and cut into triangles like a pie shape). Bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes. Should be quite blond when baked. Cool and store. Keeps well.
