3 squares bakers unsweetened chocolate
1 1/2 cup sifted icing sugar
2 1/2 tbs hot water
3 egg yolks
4 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate in double boiler. Remove from boiling water, add sugar and water and blend. Add egg yolks one at a time, beating thoroughly after each amount.

To make 1/2 this recipe, use 1 whole egg and 1/2 of other ingredients.
