Pie shell
1 (10 oz) frozen spinach
¾ cup milk
¾ cup half and half
½ cup chopped onions
1 tsp salt
14 tsp nutmeg
Dash of pepper
3 slightly beaten eggs
1½ Swiss cheese shredded

Directions:
Bake at 375º
Bake shell at 400º for 8 to 10 min – cook and drain spinach – sprinkle ⅔ cheese into shell – arrange spinach over cheese' and in saucepan boil and then simmer for 1 minute the milk, half and half, onions, salt, nutmeg, and pepper – stir mixture into eggs- add egg mixture to shell – add egg remaining cheese – bake for 25 to 30 min
