6 chicken breast (deboned and pounded flat)
8 slice partially cooked bacon
1 lb fully cooked mild sausage
1 tsp oregano

Directions:

Bake at 325º
Place 4 slices of bacon next to each other in a baking dish – (dish should be large enough to support 2 chicken breast) – put in 2 chicken breast and cover them with half of the sausage seasoned with oregano –cover with 2 more chicken breast and the remaining sausage –use the last 2 chicken breast to make it look like a loaf of chicken – the sausage inside should not be seen – cover with remaining bacon – bake for 1 hour

An excellent gravy can be made from ¾ cup white wine, 2 tbsp flour and chicken bouillon – slice and serve with gravy on the side – leftovers are great on toast with gravy
