1. 6 eggs
2. 1 c. flour
3. 1 c. milk
4. 1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 400º.
2. Place stick of butter in 9x13 pan (or larger pan for thinner pancakes) and put in oven until butter is melted.
3. Add ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
4. When butter is melted, take out of oven and pour mixture into pan.
5. Return to oven, and cook about 15 min. or until mixture starts to puff up
6. Remove from oven when done.
7. Serve with maple syrup, lemon juice and powdered sugar, or however you like - ENJOY!
