1 llb ground chuck beef
1/2 small onion, chopped
1 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 tsp pepper
3 TBSP flour
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp brown bouquet sauce
1 can (2 oz.) mushroom stems and pieces, untrained

Directions:
Directions:
Combine beef, onion, salt and pepper. Shape into 2 large oval patties in 8” square dish. Cover with wax paper. Microwave at high 7-9 minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn after 3 minutes. Remove plates from dish and keep warm. Mix flour and water to make a smooth paste. Add quickly to hot drippings, stirring until smooth. Add brown bouquet sauce and mushrooms, stirring well. microwave at high 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute, until gravy thickens. Place patties in gravy spooning some over the top. Microwave at high 1-2 minutes, until hot.
