½ cup onions, chopped
1 Tbsp butter
2 cups ham, chopped
3 eggs beaten
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
⅔ cup cracker crumbs
1½ cups milk

Directions:
Grease 6"x10" casserole dish. Mix all ingredients and pour into dish. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes before serving to let eggs set up.
