5 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp. salt
1 lb. (454 g.) tenderflake lard
1 T. vinegar
1 egg lightly beaten
COLD water to make 1 cup liquids

Directions:
Directions:
Cut tenderflake into mixed flour and salt. Combine vinegar and egg in a 1 cup measuring cup, then add enough cold water to make a full 1 cup. Pour slowly on flour blend. Add only enough water to make dough cling together. Makes 6 shells.
