1½ c brown sugar
1 c white sugar
¾ c butter, softened
2 eggs
1 T vanilla extract

2 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
½ tsp baking powder

1 c oats
1 c crispy rice cereal
1 c flaky coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

In large bowl mix butter and sugars until fluffy. Add 1 egg at a time to mixture plus vanilla. Mix until smooth.

Stir flour, soda, salt and baking soda together in a bowl Beat into butter mixture until blended.

Fold in oats, cereal, and coconut. mixing enough to evenly combine.

Drop cookie dough by spoonfuls on to cookie sheet.

Bake 12-15 minute until browned. Cool slightly before moving to cooling racks.
