½ c oil
4 oz unsweetened baking chocolate, melted
2 c sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
4 eggs

2 c flour
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt

½ c powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease baking sheets.

Mix oil and melted chocolate, let cool, Add sugar, vanilla, and egg to cooled mixture.

Sift flour, baking powder, and salt. Add to chocolate mixture and stir well. Chill 3 hours.

Once dough is cooled, make into 1" balls. Roll in powdered sugar and flatten on prepared baking sheets.

Bake 10-12 minutes.
