2 lb ground beef
6-8 small potatoes
4 whole carrots peeled
Salt, pepper, Cajun seasoning (to taste)
Ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Shape ground beef in to 6-8 patties. Place on 12” square of aluminum foil. Cut potatoes and carrots and distribute evenly between patties. Salt, pepper and. Cajun seasoning to taste. Wrap foil around patty and vegetables so juices won’t leak out. Cook in oven at 350º for 30 minutes. You can also use grill, cook for 15-20 minutes flipping once halfway through cook time. Serve with ketchup if preferred.
