2 tablespoons butter
1 medium bell pepper
1 medium onion
1 cup brown or white rice
1 chicken breast (cut into chunks, raw)
1 can mushroom soup
1 soup can of water
14 ounces bouillon

Directions:
Directions:
1. Saute chopped bell pepper and onion in butter. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.

2. Place in casserole dish. Bake at 375 degrees F for 1 hour (or until rice is cooked through).
