¼ cup melted butter
5 lamb shoulder chops
2 tbsp butter
1½ cups milk
4 tbsp flour
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup bread crumbs
1½ cups natural American cheese grated

Bake at 350º
Combine salt, pepper, and melted butter - let chops stand in this mixture (marinate) for 10 to 30 min, then broil on one side for 5 min – cool – make white sauce from butter, milk, flour, and Worcestershire sauce – spread on uncooked side of chops – sprinkle with bread crumbs and cheese (mixed together) – Place in and an oven-proof baking dish and bake in a moderate oven for 1 hour
