8 eggs-beat well
3 tsp. onion powder
2 c. sour cream
2 c. Small curd cottage cheese
1/2 c. bisquick
2 c. shredded mozzarella
4 c. shredded Monterey jack cheese
10 oz. frozen chopped spinach (defrosted and drained well)

Mix all ingredients. Bake @ 350ºF 45-60 min
let stand 5-10 min before slicing
