1 ½ c. butter
1 ½ c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese (softened)
1 c. powdered sugar
1 large container of Cool Whip topping
1 small box chocolate instant pudding
1 small box chocolate fudge instant pudding
3 c. milk

Create crust by melting butter and adding flour and 3/4 c. chopped nuts

Prepare 9X13 inch pan with non-stick cooking spray and spread mixture evenly in pan patting down to form crust. Bake @ 325°F for 40 minutes. Allow to cool.

Combine softened Philadelphia cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1/2 container of Cool Whip with mixer on medium setting until well blended and spread on cooled crust.

With mixer on low speed prepare pudding layer using instant pudding and milk. When thoroughly blended pour over cream cheese/cool whip layer and allow to set.

Spread remaining Cool Whip on setting pudding and top with remaining 1/4 c. chopped nuts and/or chocolate shavings. Cover and chill.

Based on the event or time of year you can use a variety of instant pudding flavors. Pistachio, butterscotch, lemon and banana flavors are also tasty and allow for a variety of toppings to garnish.
