1 quart of apple juice
1/4 Cup cinnamon candies
1 box powdered pectin
5 Cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Bring apple juice and cinnamon candies to a boil, so that all the candies are absorbed.

Add powdered pectin and continue cooking until dissolved.

Add sugar, connote boiling.

Check "jelling point" by putting about a Tablespoon full of jelly on a dish that has been in the freezer. If it holds it's place, it's "set."

Skim

Add to sterilized jars.
