1 inch thick ribeye steak
1 quarter stick of Land O' Lakes butter, cut in chunks
Adolf's meat tenderizer
salt
pepper

Directions:
Rinse with cool faucet water; then use a fork to insert small holes end to end on both sides of the steak. Sprinkle a single layer of Adolf's meat tenderizer on each side of the ribeye and allow to sit for at least 30 minutes. Immediately before cooking sprinkle a single layer of salt and pepper on the steak. Melt butter in skillet on medium high temperature. With temperature at its peak sear ribeye on both sides for 2 minutes for a medium steak (3 minutes for medium well, and 4-5 minutes for well done).
