1 (3 oz) strawberry jello
1 (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed
1 small can crushed pineapple
12 oz. cottage cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Drain juice from pineapple into saucepan. Add jello and heat until dissolved. Cool partially. Stir in cottage cheese and pineapple until mixed well. Then add thawed Cool Whip and chill.
For lower calories' use unsweetened pineapples, light cottage cheese and NutraSweet jello.
