2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Beat butter and sugar together then add eggs and vanilla. Add the rest of ingredients. Blend together. Divide dough into 2 long shape logs. Put on greased cookie sheet and cook for 20 minutes at 325 or until golden brown. Cool for 10 minutes then slice log to make biscotti about 1/2 inch thick. Return biscotti back to cooking sheet laying up on cut sides. Then bake again for 10 minutes. This makes the cookie dry and crunchie just the way you want. Great for dipping into tea .If you like after cooking the biscotti it can be drizzled with chocolate.
