2 ¾ cups Bisquick™ mix
⅔ cup sugar
⅓ cup quick cooking oats
2 medium bananas (peeled and mashed)
¼ cup milk
2 eggs
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries (thawed and drained)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease 9 x 5 inch pan.

2. In large bowl, stir Bisquick™ mix, sugar, oats, bananas, milk, and eggs till moistened: beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Gently stir in blueberries.

3. Pour in pan. Bake for 45-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Loosen loaf from side of pan; remove from pan and place top side up on cooling rack. Cool completely (about 2 hours) before slicing.
