1 package (10 ounces) frozen peas
2 cups diced, cooked chicken breast
1 can cream of chicken soup
½ cup milk
½ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon pepper
2 cups Bisquick™
½ cup cold water
1 ¼ cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat over to 425 degrees F.

2. Rinse peas under running cold water to separate.

3. Heat peas, chicken, soup, salt, and pepper just till boiling in a 3 quart saucepan. Reduce heat and keep warm.

4. In large bowl, stir Bisquick™ and water to soft dough; beat vigorously for 20 strokes. Smooth dough into balls on a floured board. Knead 5 times. Roll dough ½ inch thick. Cut with 2 inch cutter.

5. Pour chicken mixture into baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese.

6. Place biscuits on top oven rack. Bake until biscuits are brown (about 20 minutes).
