26 ounce bag frozen hash-browns
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
½ cup beef stock
2 tbsp melted butter
salt and pepper
Sliced ham, Smokies or Italian Sausage can be layered into recipe

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 F
Combine frozen hash browns,cheese in large bowl
Combine milk,beef stock and half melted butter,salt and pepper in another bowl
Mix and pour over hash browns and mix.
Heat remaining butter in skillet, add hash brown mixture.
Cook till cheese starts to melt
Transfer to ovenproof dish or put skilled in oven.
(at this time you can add meat to mixture by layering in ovenproof dish)
Bake at 425 F for 45 - 60 minutes till hash browns are crisp and browned
