1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup Thousand Island salad Dressing
16 oz. sauerkraurt, rinsed and squeezed dry
8 oz. shredded corned beef
16 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Spread sauerkraut into 9 x 13 baking dish. Mix mayonnaise and dressing together. Layer corned beef, Swiss cheese, and mayonnaise mixture on top of sauerkraut..

Bake 20 to 25 minutes until hot and bubbly. Serve with rye bread squares.

Another recipe in my recipe collection called for 2 pkg. of corned beef( pkgs, like chipped beef) 12 oz swiss cheese, shredded , 1 can sauerkraut, 8 oz. cream cheese with milk to thin. Combine on top of stove and then transfer to crockpot.
