Pam Baking Spray with flour
1 c. Crisco
½ stick margarine, softened
2¾ c. sugar + extra for sprinkling
5 eggs
3½ c. flour
1 tsp. lemon flavoring
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Spray tube pan with Pam, then sprinkle bottom and sides of pan with sugar. Cream Crisco, sugar, and margarine. Add eggs one at a time. Add flour, alternating with milk, and ending with flour. MIx well. Mix in flavoring. Pour into tube pan and sprinkle with sugar. Bake for 1½ hours at 325° (starting in a cold oven).

Note: To make a chocolate pound cake, add 5 tablespoons of cocoa and reduce to 3 cups of flour.
