1- ½ lbs. ground beef
1 can condensed Cream of Mushroom soup, undiluted
½ tsp. garlic salt
¼ tsp. pepper
6 c. frozen tater tots
2 c. frozen French-style green beans, thawed
3 c. hot mashed potatoes
1 c. shredded Colby cheese

Directions:

1. In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat and drain. Stir in the soup, garlic salt and pepper.

2. Place Tater Tots in a greased 9 x 13" baking dish. Top with beef mixture and green beans. Spread mashed potatoes over the top; sprinkle with cheese. Bake the casserole, uncovered, at 350º F for 40-45 minutes or until heated through.
