2 lbs round steak, 1 inch thick

1 1/2 tsp salt
1 onion, minced (or 1 pkg onion soup mix)
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup flour

Directions:
Rub salt and pepper into steak and dredge with flour. Brown quickly on both
sides in fat with the onions.
Add tomatoes, cover tightly and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.

*** Instead of tomatoes, 1 can of cream of mushroom soup may be thinned with 1 cup
milk and poured over browned steak. Bake as above. This is delicious!

*** For more gravy use 2 cans soup and milk. This can also be done in crock pot.
