6 oz Ahi Tuna steak with Chinese 5 spice powder, s & p

Dressing:
3 T white vinegar
1 T soy
1 T sesame oil
3 T sugar
1 t garlic
1/2 t p
1 t cayenne
1 t minced ginger
1 cup mayo

Slaw;
3" pc ginger
1/2 c rice vinegar
1 T soy
1 lime
2 T sesame oil
1/2 c peanut butter
1 head shredded Napa cabbage
2 minced green chilies
2 diced bell peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Sear the tuna with 5 spice powder, s & p 2 min per side.

Make the dressing

Slaw:1/2 cup rice vinegar, 3" ginger, 1 T soy and juice of 1 lime. 2 T sesame oil and 1/2 cup peanut butter. Process into a paste.

Combine 1 head of shredded Napa cabbage 2 minced green chilies and 2 peppers. Toss the veg and add the dressing and toss. Add 3 scallions, 2 T cilantro, 2 T mint and 1.2 t p

Place a mound of slaw on each plate, flatten the top and lay slices of tuna over it. Drizzle the tuna with the ginger-soy dressing.
