32 cups water (8 quarts)
10 Lipton tea bags
60 sprigs fresh peppermint
4-5 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water to a rolling boil. Add tea bags and peppermint. Allow to brew for 1/2 hour. Take tea bags and peppermint out and pour through a cheesecloth. Add sugar and lemon juice. If wanting to can it, bring it to a boil again. Pour into jars and set jars upside down. When ready to use pour over ice. Add water if too strong. Enjoy on a hot summer day!
