2 lbs ground beef fried and drained
1 whole onion chopped
1 green pepper chopped and deseaded
2 Whole Jalapeno's Chopped and deseaded (1 If you like it less spicy)
1 lg can 28 oz diced Tomatoes
1 lg can 28 oz whole peeled tomatoes
1 lg can 29 oz of kidney beans drained and rinsed
1 Lg can of pinto beans drained and rinsed

1/2 Tbsp of each of the following spices:

Accent-Msg
Black pepper
Chili powder
Paprika
Red pepper flakes- less if you like it less spicy
Cayenne pepper- less if you like it less spicy
Oregano
Garlic powder
Cumin

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except spices into Large pan, rinse tom sauce cans to add about 1 1/2 cans of water.
Stir good and simmer for an hour.

Take food blender and blend down a bit.

Add all the spices, stir well.

Simmer for another hour.
Don't add salt unless needed.

Makes about 1 1/2 gallons of spicy chili and gets hotter in the fridge.
