Ingredients: 1½ pkg of Mrs. Cubinson's Mix 1 Large Onion 5 Large Stems of Celery 2 Eggs, beaten by hand Broth (from boiling liver, neck, and heart from turkey) 1 stick Oleo

Directions: |
Directions:Sauté celery and onion to soften in one (1) stick of oleo.
In large bowl, combine dry stuffing mix with celery and onion. Mix in broth to exact moistness. |

Directions: |
Directions:Preheat oven to 325ºF.
Rinse turkey inside and out. Salt cavity, especially turkey breast. Stuff the neck area first and then the main cavity. Rub turkey with oleo or brush with melted oleo. Salt and pepper to taste. Put turkey in covered roaster.
Put tin foil on the wings and legs. Cook at 325ºF for 20 minutes/lb. Take lid off and foil; and, brown for the last hour. |

Ingredients: Juices in Turkey Roaster 2 c Flour Salt Pepper

Directions: |
Directions:Remove turkey from roaster. Place roaster with turkey juices over cooktop and keep heated. Combine about two (2) cups flour with salt and pepper to taste. Shake ingredients well to avoid clumps. Mix small amounts at a time, stirring constantly, into the turkey juices until desired consistency is obtained and it is seasoned as you like it.
Serve with sliced turkey and stuffing! |
