1 can Pumpkin (big can)
1 qt Milk
4 T Butter
2 c Sugar
2 tsp Cinnamon
8 Eggs
2 Deep-dish Frozen Pie Shells

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400ºF.

Steam pumpkin, milk, butter, sugar, and cinnamon in a pot until butter melts. Beat eggs and add to steamed mixture a little at a time stirring constantly to avoid cooked egg pieces.

Pour into pie shells. Bake at 400ºF for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 375ºF and cook until pick inserted in center is clean.
