2 tablespoons cooking oil
2 pounds of ground turkey breast (or beef, chicken, pork)
2 yellow or white onions, diced
2 to 3 peeled, diced white potatoes
2 peeled, diced carrots
¾ cup frozen petite green peas
½ cup finely chopped celery
1 to 2 cloves finely minced garlic
7.8 ounces S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix, mild, medium or hot
5 cups water

Add the oil to a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook the ground turkey in the pan until just beginning to turn brown. Add the onions and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring a few times. Stir in the potatoes, carrots, green peas, and garlic, stirring well. Make sure the garlic does not burn. Set aside. Add the water to another pot and bring to a boil. Remove the boiling water from the heat. Break up the sauce mix and add to the water, stirring until dissolved. Add the ground meat mixture to the sauce mix and simmer for 20 minutes until the curry is heated through and the vegetables are tender. Serve over hot steamed rice.

Use any combination of ground meet or even diced leftover meat. Use more vegetables and omit the meat, if desired for a vegetarian meal.
