Sweet potatoes

Directions:
Wash and dry sweet potato.
Poke 3 - 4 times with a fork
Place potato on rack of oven with a piece of foil on the rack below the potato to catch the drippings
Bake 45 minutes at 425º then do not open oven. Turn off oven and leave in oven for 30 minutes more.
