2 lbs ground beef
1 tbsp minced onion
1 tsp garlic powder
1 cup quick cook oatmeal
1½ cups shredded cheese
½ cup milk
2 large eggs
Salt and pepper to taste

½ cup ketchup
½ cup light brown sugar
1 tsp yellow mustard

1-preheat oven to 350 º
2-combine all ingredients except the the last 3
Mix by hand or wooden spoon
3-shape your meat mixture into a loaf. If you are putting it in a loaf pan, make sure there is at least a 1 inch space around your pan for juices.
3-whisk the last 3 ingredients together and put on top of your meatloaf
4-bake about 55 to 60 minutes.
5-Enjoy
