1 cup buttermilk
2 cups flour
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cut up chicken
1 tsp lemon pepper
1 quart oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Roll chicken pieces in milk, sprinkle with lemon pepper salt then roll in flour. Fry in hot oil, turn as needed 15-20 minutes per side.
