Ingredients:  
4 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 pounds sirloin tip roast or sirloin steak cut in 1" cubes
2 tablespoons oil
1 1/2 large onions chopped
1/4 cup beef bouillon - or-
1 beef beef bouillon cube dissolved in 1/4 cup boiling water
4 cups cooked noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, salt, pepper, and paprika in a plastic bag and mix well. Place beef and shake well to coat.
Heat oil in dutch oven, add beef and cook until browned.
Add onion and cook until tender.
Add bouillon, cover, and reduce heat.
Simmer for 2 hours stirring occasionally. If sauce becomes too thick add hot water in small amounts, stirring in to mix well. Check regularly to see if more is needed. Serve over noodles


Red or green pepper, chopped, can be added with the onion for additional flavor. Also 8 oz of sauteed mushrooms can be added during the last 15 minutes of cooking
